We’re delighted to announce our next Yoga for Complete Beginners course starting Thursday 28th May 2026.
This 5 week course runs every Thursday, 7.45pm–8.45pm, until 25th June, and is perfect for complete beginners or anyone wanting a gentle refresher.
You’ll learn foundational yoga postures in a slow, mindful and supportive environment, with an emphasis on connecting movement and breath.
No pressure, no judgement, no need to get it “right,” just space to move, explore and build confidence at your own pace.
Studio spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.
