You don’t need to get fitter, more flexible, buy special clothes or know anything about yoga before coming.
Just book a class and turn up.
We’ll take care of the rest.

Please arrive about 10 minutes early for your first class so we can welcome you properly.
We’ll show you where everything is, get you set up, and your teacher will have a quick chat with you before the class starts so you know exactly what to expect.
You won’t be put on the spot or asked to introduce yourself to the room, you can quietly settle in.
Anything comfortable that you can move in.
Leggings, joggers, shorts, t-shirt, layers – all perfect. No special yoga outfit required.
We practice in bare feet (or socks if you prefer).
Nothing essential.
We provide mats and all props.
You may like to bring water, but that’s it!
You’ll be guided the whole way through.
The teacher will demonstrate, explain clearly and offer options so you can make the class easier or more challenging depending on how you feel that day.
You can rest at any point. Many people do.
No one is watching you and nobody minds if you get something wrong, everyone is focused on themselves.
That’s completely normal!
Most people are for their first class, especially if they’ve never done yoga before or haven’t exercised in a while.
By the end of the class you’ll know where to stand, what the words mean and what to expect next time. The second visit always feels much easier.
There’s no rush to leave.
You can head off quietly or stay for a quick chat, both are completely fine.
Many people start by slipping out quickly and a few weeks later find themselves staying and chatting.
