Whether you’re completely new to yoga or simply seeking a calm, grounding practice, our Community Classes offer a supportive environment for everyone. We believe that yoga should be accessible to all, regardless of experience or financial circumstances.

Yoga is more than just movement. It is a powerful tool for:
Easing anxiety and depression.
Gently building strength, mobility and improving posture.
Creating a space to slow down, unwind, and recharge alongside your neighbours.
Come as you are, move at your own pace, and help us create
positive energy in our community.

We are committed to making yoga accessible. Our community classes operate on a Pay What You Can basis:
Find a time that works for you. All sessions take place in our beautiful Camberwell Studio
Monday 11:00am
Gentle, accessible yoga suitable for beginners and anyone wanting a slower paced class.
Tuesday 7:15am
A calm start to the day to wake up the body and settle the mind before work.
Wednesday 10:30am
Move, stretch, breathe and then stay for a cuppa and conversation. It’s a great way for local mums to connect!
Thursday 7:45pm
Perfect if you’ve always wanted to try yoga but felt nervous about starting.
Friday 12:30pm
Unwind in the middle of the day. Gentle movement and relaxation to reset your week.
