This fun filled workshop with Ella will help you find ways to get into some of the popular arm balances such as crow pose, firefly, side crow and more!
We will work with some drills and preparation exercises to ensure you are working with the correct foundations to enter the pose.
Does being on your hands feel scary for you? Don’t worry! We will look at some ways we can begin to shift that perspective by using blocks and partners to support 🙂
