Nina’s classes are guided by the phrase Yogas-Chitta-Vrtti-Nirodha or yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind. For her, yoga is a unique form of movement because it intentionally leaves the mind quieter than when you arrived.
Yoga has always been in the background of her life (yogi parents will do that!) but she kept returning to the practice as a tool for her own mental care. She’s passionate about holding space for you to slow down in a world that rarely allows you to.
Her classes weave together pranayama (breathwork), dharana (focused attention), and a physical sequence of asanas (poses), leaving you feeling rejuvenated in body and mind. They range from slower, more restorative flows to more strength-based dynamic vinyasa.
All classes are designed to be accessible and inclusive for all levels. You’ll be guided to meet the version of you that shows up on the mat that day, listening to your body above anything else.
