Kasia began practicing yoga at a young age during a turbulent period in her life, gradually discovering how grounding, calming, and transformative the practice could be.
In 2020, she chose to deepen her understanding and committed to a 200 hour teacher training with Stewart Gilchrist. She has since expanded her studies with 50 hours of 4BEAT training under Marcus Veda, where breath synchronises with music to create a soothing, meditative flow, and 20 hours of Functional Yin with Emily Margaret, cultivating stillness, softness, and balance to complement her more dynamic practices.
Drawing from a lifelong interest in diverse movement disciplines, Kasia weaves creativity, strength, and mobility into her classes. Her sessions are strong yet supportive, sprinkled with playful challenges and delivered with lighthearted warmth.
Students can expect to leave feeling balanced, energised, and connected.
