We’re delighted to announce our next Yoga for Complete Beginners course starting Thursday the 2nd of July 2026. This 5 week course runs every Thursday, 7.45pm – 8.45pm, until the 30th of July, and is perfect for complete beginners or anyone wanting a gentle refresher.
You’ll learn foundational yoga postures in a slow, mindful and supportive environment, with an emphasis on connecting movement and breath. No pressure, no judgement, no need to get it “right,” just space to move, explore and build confidence at your own pace.
You’ll learn much more than just yoga postures, you’ll learn breath work, yoga philosophy and you’ll learn how to integrate yoga into your daily life. We will ensure you will feel confident walking into yoga classes once you’ve completed the course.
Studio spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.
